Setting up Approval Delegation for Yourself
Step 1: Visit https://servicedesk.arag.co.uk where you will see the home page of the Fresh Servicedesk Portal. Ensure that you log in using the button in the top right corner

Step 2: Once you are logged in, click on your icon near the top right of the page and select “My profile”

Step 3: You will now see your profile details. Select the “Add delegation” option on the right hand side of the page

Step 4: Now you will see a “Delegation Settings” form. From here, use the “Delegate to” field to search for the person who will be managing approvals in Fresh on your behalf (the delegatee).
You can also enter additional details in the delegation settings such as the start and end date for the period the delegatee will be managing your approval requests.
Once you are done, press "Delegate" to update your delegation settings.

You will now see a notification confirming that the delegation has been set up.
You will also see a banner at the top of the page with details about your delegation settings.
